I've worked for 2.30 minutes 4 times a week and try to eat healthy yer, but I will try to Slim Fast

Menu
12.00 Slim-Fast shake with a banana or a fruit

3.00 granola bar snack 150 calories

Slim Fast Shake with salad 5.30

7.00-9.30 or 9.00 in the gym

9.00 Regular dinner dinner noodles or chow mein with homemade vegetable ........

Clock 10:30 Lunch

Slim-Fast is a good way to go seems easy
I recently lost 20 pounds from my diet the other, but stopped my weight loss
How can I lose a week this?

I lost 30 pounds fast with Slim Fast, but some months later, he regained all the weight.
