Punched Someone And My Hand Hurts I Punched A Metal Pole And Now My Hand Really Hurts. How Can I Make The Pain Go Away Or Lessen It?

I punched a metal pole and now my hand really hurts. How can I make the pain go away or lessen it? - punched someone and my hand hurts

Today, while physical education at school, accidentally struck a power pole about 1 meter thick steel with all my strength. My hand hurts more than 7 hours later. How can I relieve the pain. My hand is swollen and my index finger, can not move the full range of motion without absolute agony.

Analgesics.

But if you're swollen and in agony, and restricted movement, get it looked at by a doctor. You may have broken a bone.

An ice pack (or bag of frozen peas wrapped in a towel) will help reduce swelling, but not in use over 20 minutes at a stretch.

Why even crazy enough to want to start a metal rod to punch? How is it an accident? The question you need a doctor or emergency room issue. You do not know why not there first. Bad weather immediately or not.

It would be a good idea to have an x-ray. Try giving your hand either on ice or a towel with ice in his hand. This will contribute to pain and swelling. Put it for 20 minutes and then repeat from 1 / 2 hours.

Consult a doctor. LOL.
Put ice and put the muscle cream in hand. also continue to press things, let alone the use of hand.
