Hello, I have my son in the basketball game, and that made late. on the Interstate here in Southern California, a police car was winding its way through all the lanes of the motorway with a light behind me all the way back to 20 km / h to slow. It took 10-15 minutes a fight that made me late for school for my son. It seems that this will be done to reduce accidents, but Id like to know is how often this happened. I do not want to belong to trafficking in 15 minutes of exercise at all my time commuting.
