I was diagnosed with what my doctor told me it was "Seasonal Affective Disorder" by about 4 years ago, I was short compared to antidepressants, to (my mother was a minor had been decided at the time) that it needs more. The symptoms have continued since then. It seems in a constant state of deterioration when compared to my state of mind - How can I determine the time that is really sad, not just normal depression?
